Home Care Alliance of Virginia Transition to HOMELINK

As we approach the new year and new beginnings, HOMELINK is excited to share that effective December 1, 2022, we have acquired Home Care Alliance of Virginia (HCAV).  HCAV operations will be merged with HOMELINK to continue to provide the United Mining Workers of America (UMWA) beneficiaries and providers with quality and personal service.  HOMELINK has worked closely with HCAV to ensure the transition is seamless for you as a provider. The same phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses are transitioned to HOMELINK as of December 1, 2022.

Claims can be submitted to us via email at getyourclaimstousfast@vgm.com .  Our preferred method of receiving claims is via 837 standard format through one of our clearinghouses:
